The grill and table are set in a rugged heavy duty steel cart frame and adorned with six handy tool hooks. To facilitate indirect cooking by heaping coals on either side of the grill grate, use the two Char-Basket charcoal fuel holders. We then added a convenient Tuck-Away Lid Holder to create a windshield for lighting the grill (and to hold the lid while you tend to the food), and tucked a wire storage rack below. Gas grills are considered by many to be the most convenient way to grill but unfortunately this usually means giving up great smoky flavor for convenience. The charcoal companion smoker box features a v-shape bottom which allow it to sit between the flame deflector bars of most gas grills. This positions the smoke right beneath the food grate for the most intense smoke flavor. Durable, nonstick coated metal smoker box has hinged lid and is reusable.
