Barbecue Korean Recipe
Serves 6
Barbecue Time :10 minutes
2 lb Beef, sliced into thin strips
2 Crushed Garlic cloves
1/4 Cup Sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
1 Finely chopped onions
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
2 Cup Soy sauce
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Oil
Place the strips in a bowl. Add the garlic, sesame seeds and oil, chopped onions, pepper,
soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours. Barbecue over
coals in a grill pan, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is tender.
*add 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce to spice up your beef
strips.
