Barbecue Beef Recipe
Grilled Beef Steak
2 6-8oz Sirloin steaks
First salt and pepper steaks.
6 Tablespoon unsalted softened butter
2 Teaspoons parsley, finely minced
2 Teaspoons chervil, finely minced
2 Minced shallots
Sprinkle both sides of the steak with salt and pepper. Grill over a hot fire. While it is cooking, mix the
butter with the chopped herbs and shallot over a very low fire in a small pan, with a fork--until creamy.
Just before serving, place half the butter on two hot serving plates. Place the cooked steaks on top and the rest
of the butter on the top of the steaks.
Serve up very hot.
